Considering I did not expect to find my wedding dress at my first bridal store, I had such a great experience working with Lisa and my friends and family that it was a success! From the moment I reached out, Lisa asked for photos of my preferences and questions about budget. She was so kind and considerate that it made me feel comfortable working with her to find such a beautiful wedding dress. When I was uncertain about my decision, it really helped when she asked me to close my eyes and think about my father walking me towards the aisle and picturing what my fiance's face would look like. That helped me be aware how perfect the dress would be for my wedding day :) Also made my guests all cry just thinking about it, really got everyone seeing it as a reality! SO thankful for Lisa from Sinders and I can't wait to work together through this process.

Trisha was friendly, comforting, and very knowledgeable. She assisted in viewing various types of dresses with accessories and explored all colour options. No question left unanswered. A clean, organized and modern environment. Has a phenomenal variety of sizes which is rare for plus sizes! Thank-You for making our first experience so fantastic.

Absolutely amazing place! We felt so welcomed! They are very knowledgeable and have a great selection of dresses. They didn't have their selection of mother's of the bride dresses out and they went out of their way to show us what they just got in. Would absolutely recommend this place. Very nice and very clean.

I said yes to the dress at one love one dream and I cannot express how much I appreciated and enjoying meeting and working with Allison. I had two appointments with Allison and we communicated over emails and instagram where she answered all my questions, helped me with a quick change of plans and ultimately my say yes to the dress moment! Both Allison and Janet were so accommodating and welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough.

All I can say is WOW! I came here to look for my wedding dress and I was not disappointed. Janet was absolute sweetheart and so helpful! I was super indecisive and she let me try on the dresses as many times as I needed to decide. My budget was 1k and there were many options available for me which was awesome. After I chose my dress Janet gave me a bottle of cider to take home which was such a lovely touch. I highly recommend One Love and Janet! Thanks for your help Janet.
