Jake is AMAZING!!! After a horrible experience at the property next door, we were greeted with a warm smile & wonderful customer service. Jake turned what could have been an unhappy vacation into a wonderful experience. He took the time to listen and offered us an amazing rate. He even apologized for the horrible experience we received at the other hotel! The room at Super 8 was clean and bright. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Every single person working had a genuine smile on their face. We were greeted every time we walked into the hotel. Mr Huff, you are doing something right. Please tell your staff to keep doing what they’re doing. They know hospitality! I will definitely be back.

We were here on Father's day weekend with our boys, attending a soccer tournament. Families of multiple soccer teams are all gathered here. Very busy place for the weekend yet everything is very clean and orderly. The staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. Our king suite with pull out sofa was nicely cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. Really felt like home. Breakfast was simple (make-it-yourself waffle machine, breakfast sausage and scramble eggs, toast, muffin, yogurt, juice, coffee and milk) and well stocked. Small eating area but was well maintained. Small swimming pool but the big boys had a lot of splash fun. Will definitely return again. Thank you Super 8.

This Super 8 is amazing! The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were in town due to a family emergency and the manager Lawrence and all the staff went above and beyond to assist and accommodate us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a life saver. Thank you for everything!!

HOLIDAY INN PETERBOROUGH-WATERFRONT REVIEWS

Nice hotel near the downtown and right next to the river. We got the river view room and the view was pretty good The bed was very comfortable and the quilt was warm and cozy. The entire place was pretty modern and clean. Checked all the boxes in a good room. Located right next to the downtown and by the wwter, there aren't many good hotels as well located.

Today I enjoyed the beautiful sunshine on Peterborough’s Best Waterfront Patio with some delicious Garlic Pepper Wings and an Ice Cold Bud Light. The food was so good and the view fantastic. There was no waiting and my food and beer came quickly. My server Esteban checked on me frequently to make sure everything was good. I would recommend this patio to anyone who likes good food, good service and a beautiful location.

Valli was wonderful! When we first arrived we asked to see the room and she showed us two rooms. She was very pleasant and helpful! The Holiday Inn Peterborough Waterfront was beautiful! Their restaurant with an outdoor patio beside the river was amazing!!

COMFORT HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

I was in town for a wedding and this seemed like the best option and I was correct. Nice place the rooms were clean staff was friendly. Plenty of space to park. They also have a pool it's a little dated but nothing to get upset about. Breakfast in the morning is your classic fair Sausages, eggs, cereal, and waffles (they do have other stuff but you get the point.) Thanks for the comfortable stay!

The staff at this comfort inn are fantastic. We arrived after dealing with an air bnb issue freezing cold late at night and with a dog. Alice at the front desk in particular made us feel incredibly welcome and made checking in a breeze. Everyone we interacted with while here went above and beyond in terms of friendliness including the staff working at breakfast.Thank you!

Fantastic front desk team! They were both friendly and professional and went above and beyond expectations. Rooms were clean and good for the price. Nice breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need a hotel close to the hospital.
