I order extra parts for my 2022 Bronco. I waited a very long time for them to come in.. and when they came in they didn’t fit.. I came in to see Megan and Ken at the service desk. They informed me that due to the amount of variations in the Bronco it’s very hard to know if the parts fit. I did custom build mine so I changed a lot. They took care of the situation and definitely helped me on the costs. It was a frustrating situation….but it was dealt with in an appropriate, polite and overly kind manner. Highly recommend this place and to deal with both Ken (VP) and Megan (Service Desk). Thank you.
