I recently bought this 2014 Jeep Patriot from Pickering Auto Lab as a first car for one of my grandsons after having bought another one for his brother 4 months ago from another dealer. Pickering Auto Lab gave us a fair deal and most importantly, they did an excellent job of certifying the vehicle. Take it from this satisfied customer, I highly recommend them.

These guys are not only professional, but they’re kind and courteous. I called and spoke to Linden I told him I had a problem with a tire that was put on at another shop. He knew exactly what my issue was. He even came out to give me a hand. They had my tire fixed, brought it back to my vehicle and had it replaced on site. I know that is not something they do regularly just goes to show how these guys go over and above for their clients and regular customers, thank you.

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. I have brought in both my cars for repairs and regular maintence. They put good quality parts + make sure everything is done effectively and properly. I highly suggest bringing your vehicle to see them if you want a stress free mechanic team!

Just had my brakes done here. Dropped it off thinking it would be rotors and pads all around, but they called and let me know that i still had about 30K of life left on my fronts. Would have been easy for them to just tell me I needed new front pads and rotors to get extra cash out of me, but they kept it honest. Great customer service, and car feels great after the work. They also have great prices on oil changes, so I'll be back for those and for when my fronts need the service.

Just had my Lexus serviced with So Pic and man am I glad I found a great reliable mechanic near me. From the moment I walked they were friendly and listened to what I needed. No upselling, honest reliable opinion. Rich took care of me and I could not be happier. If you are in Pickering or Ajax this is the mechanic shop to go to. Thank you Rich and team!

What an incredible place to get your car fixed. I have never seen that genuine people especially in car business. They are not cash grabbing people. Their service costs are extremely reasonable. I would always recommend this place.
