We have just had our kitchen redone by Rockwood Kitchens and could not have been happier with their service and the results. Our designer Julia from the Pickering showroom was a pleasure to work with. Julia was always extremely helpful and professional. We made a few design changes along the way, and she was able to update the design and send it back to us quickly. The cabinets were delivered on time and our cabinet installer Damian was amazing. He was thorough, precise, and his quality of work was excellent. The countertop measurements done by Lee were precise and the installation done by David, Jerry and Duc was completed quickly with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone looking to have their kitchen done.

We are very pleased with the service that we received from RockWood Kitchens right from the design stage to the final product. Our design consultant, Rylee, was an emmense help in planning a new design for our kitchen. We made at least 4 trips back to the showroom to ask questions and make changes in addition to numerous phone calls and emails. Rylee was always patient and accommodating and very knowledgeable. Our cabinet maker, Damian, was equally proficient, and accommodating. A true craftsman and a joy to have in our home. We would definitely recommend RockWood Kichens.

I rarely give this rating as there is room for improvement. However, I can't think of a thing that they didn't do. Our kitchen is beautiful and done to the design we went over together. It has been a couple of years since the installation and it is still as lovely as it was upon completion. I am late in giving this review due to some personal issues, nothing to do with Rockwood Kitchens. The installer they used was so detailed and perfect. The design team was warm and friendly as well as open to modifications that came up. I would highly recommend this company.
