They helped me 100% of the way when it came to designing my custom engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. The ring was completed so quick and it’s stunning! This is a great local business in Durham that I would recommend to everyone looking for jewelry and a friendly experience.

Great customer service by Samantha, she was able to show me a vary of jewelry designs that suited my needs. Service was so good I purchased several items. A necklaces ankle bracelet earrings and bracelet. I am truly a happy and definitely a returning customer.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I had 5 rings sized and took them into Ringleader. Phil and his wife were fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful, the customer service was great. The rings were ready when they said it would be and they were absolutely shining when I picked them up. Would highly recommend Ringleader to anyone that needs work done on any "special" kind of jewelry !

It's hard to know who to trust, and that's why I keep going back to Robyn & Phil. They made my wedding rings (and I'm a picky lady.) I return when I need something new, something altered or something repaired. It's nice knowing they are taking care with my precious pieces.
