From start to finish this builder and his team were there every steps of the way. With such a massive development with so many moving parts, it meant a lot to me that they treated me as an individual and not just a number - which I think is the number 1 attribute when making the biggest purchase in one's life. I plan on buying from Marshall Homes anytime they are available and correlate with any time I want to move, thank you, team!.

My experience with Marshall Homes has been a positive and exciting process. I am a new resident of the Centre Point homes and couldn't be happier with my unit. Overall the quality of finishes and the high level of craftsmanship that went into my unit far exceeded my expectations.

Great builder, a lot of attention to detail from the the foundation all the way to the finishes. High emphasis on customer satisfaction.

We bought an investment property from UC Town and had an appointment with decor department. The representative (Jennifer) was very nice and went throughly about different options. The best part was independent opinion by her. There are plenty of upgrade options for new home buyers. The prices are generally reasonable. overall good pricing. Happy to share post-purchase experience.

Excellent builder, we have bought two homes. Quality design and good finishing.
