I had a wonderful experience shopping for a luxury vinyl floor for my basement. Eric is friendly, polite, helpful and patient in making sure all my questions were answered. He does not push me to buy and answer all the product questions honestly. As per the store itself, it has a variety of products to choose from at an affordable price. I got the Toucan luxury vinyl floor which I can feel the quality in the sample products. I will be returning here for any future need for flooring!

I did stairs installation with Floor bank. I had so many quotes from different installers for Canadian oak stairs but Dilon from floor bank gave me the most reasonable quote. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend floor bank to any one who likes to do any type of flooring or stairs installation.

We had Carpet-Towne install our stair runners and we had such an amazing experience. Andy helped us pick out a colour that would go best with our stairs and carpet.
