Was on the road from Wisconsin-Toronto and broke down 10 minutes past the border on a Sunday. Other than Canadian Tire, Mel's was the only auto shop open. Roy was incredibly kind and honest with what he could do for us. We ended up needing to get the transmission replaced altogether and Mel's got it to us in a week. I would recommend Mel's to anyone, not only for quality of work but the honesty and kindness we received during our trip.
Mel's Auto is fair and honest. I brought in my Toyota minivan for a new rad and brakes, Roy did a great job at a great price. I definitely recommend this place for quality service.
