Really appreciated that Colin clearly explained the cleaning process of both the carpet and tile prior to starting the work. I’ve never had a cleaning service be so thorough and be done with such care. The tile and grout result was amazing. Although there was a machine problem which resulted in streaks on the carpet, Colin came back with a new machine and thoroughly redid the carpet without hesitation. The results were excellent - Cat.
