Absolutely great staff. Had an issue where my cellphone required a full software reset and the phone carrier wasn't able to do it. Brought it to It Happens as a last ditch effort and they had it all sorted out and ready for pickup in a few hours! Could not recommend enough.

I went to iT Happens in Orillia today because my Grandson had dropped his phone and the glass cracked. The service was exceptional. They did a diagnostic on the phone to make sure nothing else was damaged. They called me with an estimate and I picked it up about an hour later. Very pleased with the service.

Staff are very experienced. Solved my problem very quickly and there was no charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. Great knowledgeable staff.

Jason and Andrew went beyond the call of duty in helping me get a cell phone account up and running. After the theft of my car with laptop inside the cell phone became an essential item necessary to tackle identity theft.
