I have dealt with Wavemaker since August, 2019. Their service has always been outstanding. I've found Jenny, as well as all of their staff, to be friendly, knowledgeable, well-informed, and extremely helpful. It's a pleasure working with the entire team. Congratulations, and keep up the great work.

We are first time pool owners and Wavemaker has been wonderful so far. They have helped us figure out how to maintain the pool properly and were prompt to respond to any questions when we gave them a call. We will be sure to continue using them in the years to come.

Paula, Jon & the whole team were fantastic to deal with. We had a vision for our backyard and they were patient and knowledgeable while we decided on what type and style of hot tub & inground pool. Covid delays were initially tough and delayed the hot tub arrival but Paula kept us informed and when she confirmed it would arrive they did not disappoint !! The pool process was so smooth and exactly as promised. Jon and the installation crew worked long hours in extreme heat wave to get our fibreglass pool in and running as quick as possible (2 weeks start to finish with a machine break down and lost day) all while still installing other pools and hot tubs. Jon spent 2 hours with us going over all the pump and heater functions and how to, asked all our questions and helped put together and test the amazing robot vacuum. Paula and team in the store are quick to answer all chemical questions and prepare orders for pick up to save time. They take the time to explain how to adjust chemical levels and give recommendations based on experience. WaveMaker Pool Spa Showroom is hands down the best and we will be recommending to all. Orillia Pools offers great advice and a good range of tried and tested pool and spa products that they stand by. Gwen and Mark Carruthers, owners operators, work very hard and go out of their way to serve their customer base. We have been customers for three years and an on using them for years to come.

Great place for my Pool maintenance! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly experience every time! Would strongly recommend for all pool and spa needs.

Professional, accommodating, helpful. Highly recommend Mark and Gwen for design, biild and ongoing maintenance.
