I have an old Lenovo laptop. It stopped charging so we took it into Elite. They sent it away, assessed the problem and had it back to me in no time flat, repaired and much cleaner than when I sent it. very happy!!

Jareth just came out to help us sort through some technical problems. He was knowledgeable, fast, and easy to work with. I will definitely use Computer Elite to address future technical difficulties.

Duane and Orilla Computer is awesome! I have some older equipment that other companies told me to not to bother fixing just replace them. Not Duane! He got everything working no problem and was easy to work with. He’s friendly and has amazing pricing. I ordered the wrong parts and Duane helped me get everything in order which was a big help because I’m not techie at all. I travel a lot for work and he was extremely patient and flexible to work with my schedule. Thanks Duane and I highly recommend his company.

I had an excellent first experience with this company when I brought in my laptop for repair. The service was prompt, and I was treated with professionalism from the moment I walked in. Duane took the time to clearly explain the issue with my computer and was refreshingly honest throughout the process. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be returning in the future.

Duane was a huge help when my relatively new laptop bricked itself. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered me several different paths to resolution, getting my data back, and getting reconnected. So grateful for his help! I highly recommend him.
