“2025 Update: Fabricare Cleaning Center Gravenhurst strives to deliver on all these expectations and to anticipate their customers’ needs. The shop is 25 miles away from Orillia, ON. They made the choice to radically change the way they clean their customers' garments by installing new state-of-the-art green cleaning equipment. Their professional green cleaning process ensures garments are clean, soft to the touch, odour-free, finished to their original shape, and most of all look like new. They use totally biodegradable surfactants that are completely harmless to the environment and good for their customers, their garments and their employees. Their washers range in size from a double loader to a giant loader (50-pound capacity). Each cycle takes approximately 1/2 hour. They also have 30-pound dryers. They offer next-day and same-day service for their Wash/Dry/Fold. They offer free pick-up and delivery.”

I had my carpeting, area rugs and chair seat covers cleaned. John did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. My old carpets, area rugs and chair seat covers look almost brand new. I was so impressed with the professional work he did He is my customer for life. Thank you, Jan Eisenbaum.

Needed a suit cleaned quickly and it was ready on time and the white shirt was yellow tinged as it was an older shirt and now it is white again.

I have used Fabricare Orillia twice now and both times the staff were very accommodating and friendly and my coats were clean.

I bought a vintage wedding dress from poshmark that had some yellowing on the flowered design parts of the dress. Unfortunately they were unable to visibly whiten those areas and I was very disappointed, given that I paid more to have it dry cleaned than I did for the dress itself, and I am on a tight budget. Fortunately the owner was there when I picked it up and out of good customer service he offered me a discount and I'm extremely grateful for that. I found him, his daughter and the staff to be polite and professional. I will definitely continue to take my dry cleaning at their business. Thank you Cotty's!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed how quickly they were able to send out and have my father in-laws leather coat cleaned and ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this place!

Wish that I could still have my cleaning done here Patty and the crew did an excellent service for me. Now I have moved, and miss your great work.

I dropped off some comforters to get washed/dried and folded this morning. The lady behind the counter was AMAZING. This is the second time I have dealt with her and she was extremely pleasant and helpful both times! When I picked up my laundry, the gentleman behind the counter was very kind, even offering to help carry them to me truck. I would highly recommend your business.

Great place to drop off laundry or do some yourself - very clean facility with lots of machines, and the wash and fold service is so convenient. With Fabricare, we have no regrets about not having a laundry room in our seasonal cottage!.

Expensive but very clean. Staff prioritize serving customers (I didn't feel like a burden for existing). Hand soap in the bathroom was Bath and Body Works which I loved.
