I had problems with my charging port and was getting absolutely nowhere with Telus and their "warranty". My husband told me to try Mobi Jack's so I stopped in today to ask about getting it fixed. In short it was so easy, no hassles, same day service, Amanda there was great to deal with and my charging port is fixed!! I had been dealing with this problem for almost 3 months, I should've just went to Mobi Jack's right off the bat.

I was looking for a way to improve battery performance (birding apps) for my iPhone 13 pro. Joaquin helped to assess my current battery vs new expectations, and provided a very cost-effective supplemental charge pack solution. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and economic as always.

We went in to sell my old phone, it was a great experience! Ky was very friendly, the process was easy and fast. A much better option than trying to deal with selling online on your own.

Just want to give a shout out to Abigail at Mobi Jack's. Excellent customer service. She is a 'problem solver' looking for options and trouble shooting before being quick to advise trashing a device. Also, I am not tech savvy but she explained very patiently and in language that I could understand what my options were. My husband was with me and she spoke more 'tech speak' with him. In other words, she knows what she is talking about but doesn't talk above people's heads if they can't understand it. Also, even though my husband was the one who knew more about the device, she included me because it was my device. Fredrick has amazing knowledge on the devices they sell. As well as older phones. We had problems getting things working properly and he sorted everything out and got our devices working properly. Highly recommend their services.

I brought my phone to these folks and Fredrick was awesome! Although my phone was not repairable, Fred made a few suggestions that helped me greatly with my new devise and the company I was going through. Highly recommend this business and their professional staff.

Really good place. I need to change charger port on my phone. They didn't replace it but did something and no charge. Really appreciate it. Thank you.

IFIX DEVICES REVIEWS

Over all great great customer service. I brought my OnePlus 11 to be repaired. They did explain that because it wasn't a common brand there was a chance things could go south and I was ok with taking the risk. Anyways, the back glass ended up being damaged (again, a risk I was willing to take). The replacement battery I purchased on my own turned out to be a dud. After calling the shop and explaining the situation, they agreed that if I managed to find a replacement back glass and another battery they'd do me the service of swapping it all out. I received my phone back today and it's as good as new. Back glass replaced and I found a brand new battery so I'm more than happy. Way better than having to go out and buy a brand new phone. I'll definitely come back if I ever need a phone fixed again.

I forgot the password to my tablet and had to bring it here for a factory reset. They had it done in about an hour with a lower cost than I had expected (in todays age, where everything is overpriced). The place was also clean looking and the business owner/employees were very polite and informative. I will definitely be going back if I need anything fixed! I would recommend this small business.

Very good experience, although they didn't have a part in stock at first to fix my phone they had ordered one before I left the shop, called me when it was arrived and were prompt to get my phone fixed and answered all my questions. So all in all they were prompt, polite and knowledgable. I would highly recommend getting your phone fixed there.
