Sienna did an excellent job while at my house, she also answered my questions that I had. She also called ahead to inform me of her arrival. She let me know when I could access the yard after he application. Excellent!.

Joel was great! He responded quickly after I phoned the main office for help with a wasp nest issue. He was able to schedule me in the next day. Joel is kind and hard working. He easily took care of the wasp nest that went into one of our external vent ducts including double screening the vent to prevent future infiltration. Great and friendly service! Thank you so much for your help, Joel.

Joel was very experienced and extremely nice and respectful! He did a quick and efficient job and he wasn't judgemental at the state of my house. He explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. I highly recommend Joel for anything you need pest control wise.

I don’t write reviews; it’s just not something I’m interested in. It’s probably been years since I’ve reviewed anything. I’m making an exception because of how great our experience with Protec was and especially Kent. Wow! So knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to take the time to fully answer all our questions. We did get a “free” inspection from another company first (be careful and ask if you will be charged) and have no doubts that Protec is a much better way to go. Highly recommended.

My experience with ProTec Pest Control was great! I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others. They were very kind, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.
