Tom is very quick to respond to inquiries or concerns, and he is very easy to work with. We had an issue with our furnace and Al came out to fix it, he showed up when expected, was very courteous and knowledgeable. We have no problem referring people to RT Plumbing and Heating as they have treated us as valued customers for the past 8 years. We are very happy with their service.

Amazing service from the initial consultation to the install. Explained what they were doing along the way, extremely prompt service! Looking forward to working with them for our maintenance needs in the future. Loving the AC this summer and will appreciate the peace of mind with the new furnace in the winter!

Called for an AC tuneup and recieved same day service. Andy called first with arrival time, and provided clean & efficient work along with some super energy saving tips. RT is now our go-to company.

David kept us up to speed on arrival time. Once here he diagnosed and resolved our dishwasher drainage problem quickly and correctly. We had a toilet continuous running problem which was quickly resolved along with tightening toilet without any prompts. The entire visit was professionally completed and David an extremely knowledgeable resource. I’m very glad Bruins is employing professionals like David.

We bought a house where Bruin’s did the original plumbing and heating installation over 20 years ago. It made sense to have them assess the current state of the systems and start repairing and upgrading as necessary. Some tasks have been simple and some more complicated. The technicians have been fabulous so far. Personable, diligent and hard working. A long list of jobs is developing, and we’ll see how it all plays out.

Always a great experience when Bruins comes to do annual maintenance on my furnace/AC. Really appreciate the information they give, the pictures of what’s happening and the explanation is great. They always have everything looking clean and ready for the next winter season.

Had an air conditioner installed. The communication from the appointment to the end of install was excellent. They respect your house and try to keep their working environment clean. Even within conversation to eachother they were very respectful which was so appreciated. They take the time to explain and answer any questions.
