Simran and Sabrina, two of employees at this location, were extremely helpful and polite. We went to complain about an issue with rogers and we were very frustrated and angry but they dealt with us in an extremely helpful and caring way. Moreover, they stayed an extra hour and half after the store hours just to help us with our issue and took the extra step of calling customer service on our behalf to help us resolve the issue. I definitely recommend speaking with them if you need help with anything, they are doing an excellent job.
Had my phone planned switched to Rogers from Koodo and the employee (I can't remember her exact name) that assisted me in getting my phone plan set up was very helpful, efficient and quick. Just in and out the door and everything was good to go! Great service!
The store manager Geneve was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Amazing customer service!
