The staff here have a mix of people who can speak Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as both English/French. They also have a full menu: a simple and excellent selection is getting a duck with a platter of Singapore style vermicelli and a platter of young-chou style fried rice. Their servers always help you choose your right menu according to your needs. They have numerous carts going with all the dishes and also have a variety of desserts.
