ST. EUGENE DE MAZENOD PARISH REVIEWS
I attended a baptism of two babies and was very impressed with the modern design of the church and the priest who conducted the ritual. It all went off very personably and without a hitch.
Polish church situated on outskirts of Brampton. As for mainly older, smaller and rather deprived community Poles still managed to build genuinely above-average exorbitantly ornamented Church that they can be proud of.
I only went inside briefly looking for the parish office, and it is was absolutely stunning inside! I am planning on returning here to attend a mass.

St. Mary's Church stands as a renowned spiritual landmark within Brampton, occupying a special place in the hearts of many. The church's origins can be traced back to its inception, designed to cater to the burgeoning Catholic community residing in the villages of Cataract and Brampton. The momentous event of dedication and blessing occurred in 1964, presided over by Cardinal James McGuigan. The cornerstone was laid during this period, and the church was established with a seating capacity of 250 individuals. The church itself boasts a charming structure, characterized by its modest yet inviting appearance crafted from bricks and natural wood. As early as 1910, the church was inaugurated and consecrated, initially serving its purpose within the community. However, as time elapsed, the growing Catholic population necessitated a larger and more contemporary space, prompting the construction of a new church in 1964 to accommodate the needs of over 1000 families. As a testament to its commitment to education and community growth, the church procured land and took the initiative to build Brampton's first Catholic school. The ardent efforts of fundraising campaigns led to the realization of a new church building by 1963. What further distinguishes St. Mary's Church is the unwavering dedication of its laity, who have generously contributed their time and energy to enhance the spiritual fabric of their community. A visit to St. Mary's Church offers a tranquil haven for reflection and a space to share blessings and meaningful moments with loved ones. For those seeking solace, reflection, and a sense of spiritual belonging, visiting St. Mary's Church in Brampton is an opportunity to experience tranquillity and enrichment alongside family and friends.
