Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Sophie’s Professional Hair design and Hair salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from my stylist, Sophie who I have been going to for over a year now. Sophie always listened to my concerns and desires for my hair and offered insightful suggestions. I left feeling like she truly understood what I wanted and trusted her expertise.The service itself was impeccable. My hair was transformed into exactly what I envisioned, if not better! The attention to detail was evident in every snip and style, and I appreciated the care taken to ensure that my hair not only looked great leaving the salon but would continue to do so in the days to come.Not only did I love the result, but the overall experience was also incredibly enjoyable. The salon's ambiance was chic and modern, providing a relaxing environment to unwind in. I can't express how much I love my new hair and how great my experience was with Sophie. Firstly, she will make you feel extremely welcoming to her salon. When I told her what I wanted, she was understanding and gave me great results. She is also very kind and will make great conversation to help you feel comfortable. Myself, and the people around me love my balayage. I highly recommend her Keratin products, it helped my damaged hair become extremely smooth. Sophie is a very knowledgeable and experienced person.When I went to her I was pretty nervous at the first because I have zero knowledge of hair colours, but she make me very comfortable and confident. She consulted me and then she started my hair colour and treatment. Honestly, I loved the results. She did an amazing job. My hair got volume and the best colour which compliments my skin tone.

First time visiting this place and I had such an amazing experience. All the staff are very professional. My stylist Elizabeth, was amazing and took time on my hair. Elizabeth is really nice and super friendly. I loved how my service wasn’t rush. She provided me with a detailed consultation of hair. The price i paid for my wash, cut (trim) and style was $40. Front desk was also very polite and generous. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new hair salon and or stylist.

I had an amazing experience with Tera !she is professional, friendly, and truly listened to what I wanted. The consultation was thoughtful, and they gave great advice on what would suit my face shape and hair type. The cut and styling were flawless — I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. It was my first time there today. I had such an amazing time here. The staff here are so professional and the prices are very try reasonable. My hairstylist, Sami, did such a fantastic job. Plus she was so personable and lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone and would myself go there from now onwards.
