“Heart Lake Conservation Park features 10 picnic sites and 4 outdoor fitness stations. Heart Lake Conservation Park spans 169 hectares (418 acres). This park is managed by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) within the Credit River watershed. Activities include hiking, fishing, swimming in an 840 square meter, 8-foot deep swimming pool, and Treetop Trekking. The park also offers day camps with shaded areas and picnic shelters for lunch and snack times. The aerial park features eight courses, 10 zip lines and more than 75 aerial games. This is a fantastic place for families and friends to enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

2025 Update: The outdoor fitness stations offer accessible fitness opportunities, strength training, cardio activities and enhanced stretching. Heart Lake Conservation Park’s Splash Pad and Pool offers clean and safe water fun for kids of all ages. It has over 30 wetland-themed water features, a 550-person capacity and State-of-the-art water conservation technology.”

HEART LAKE CONSERVATION PARK REVIEWS

It was an awesome experience. The conversation park was not crowded. You can enjoy hiking, cycling or exploring trails even by walking. The lake is beautiful and the cool breeze can soothe your soul. There are a lot of points for photography as well and the natural lighting and beautiful nature will add the jinx in your picture. There is a playground for kids, lots of places to sit and hangout with your friends and family. It's a good idea to enjoy your day picnic as well.

A fantastic touch of nature for the city of Brampton. The park is full of amenities such as exercise equipment, spash pad, tree top trekking, boat rentals, and hiking trails. There are numerous parking lots throughout and picnic areas scattered throughout. It's a great place to spend the entire day, just pack a lunch.

Had an amazing first kayaking experience at the park! I was nervous at first, but the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease. The lake was calm and perfect for beginners. Ended up having so much fun—can’t wait to go again!

Such a beautiful spot—I go almost every day on my lunch break. It’s so peaceful, with amazing trails and wide open fields where you can watch the horses play. There’s also a lovely river running through it and so many beautiful birds flying around. I often see an older man with binoculars or a high-end camera, just soaking in the beauty of the birds. It’s truly a little hidden gem.

A beautiful conservation area, located just outside the city. Small free parking located at the entrance. We hiked the full loop which is under 4km and takes less than an hour. There are sections of fields, mature forests and a portion overlooking the creek. A great spot to spend an hour out in nature.

We came as a big group and it was an amazing experience. The scenery was breathtaking and the wildlife was abundant. We hiked through forests, along streams and around lakes, and saw birds in their natural habitat.

WHITE SPRUCE PARK REVIEWS

A nice park to enjoy a long walk, with plenty of incline hills along your path. When the paved trail ends, you'll see a tennis court and a dog park. If you continue walking, the trail will end (and begin) at a residential neighborhood on Richvale Dr. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy this trail!

Very nice trails, lots of picnic spots. If you want to spend some time for hiking or bike riding this is good place. Please apply some mosquitoe repellent before hiking. Additionally it has tennis court, but not open to common public. But it was worth a trip.

My husband loved going to the dog park and wandering the trails year round. They have a Frisbee golf course, that is quite popular. You can walk the trails from White Spruce to Heart Lake Conservation Area.
