“St. Thomas More Catholic Church serves more than 5,000 Catholic families in the southwest quadrant of Edmonton. The parish is helping to build a new church for the growing Catholic community in southwest Edmonton. The Parish Council was passed, and the Archbishop accepted the construction of a new church. After years, the church was raised, and official and separate committees were formed to investigate the needs of the people, renovate the church's interior, and maximize the seating. By 2006-09, the spotlight feature of the church, the stained glass windows, was installed throughout the nave, commemorating the 40th Anniversary. People who have visited this church before suggest that the church is an undeniable place to attend masses and to gain peace of mind.

2025 Update: They celebrate the sacraments throughout the year and provide many sacramental preparation programs for children and adults.”

ST. JOSEPH'S BASILICA REVIEWS

I love this church and people here. Everything is special about the Basilica that you can feel the moment you enter the church. The beauty of this place is unquestionable, but most importantly the feeling of peace, safety, power and love of God that is always unforgettable experience. I come back to the Basilica as often as I can to pray, attend a Mass and experience in this special place the best our faith has to offer.

I grew up in the old fashion Roman Catholic religion and attended old fashion churches. Once I moved to Edmonton many years ago, I was taken back by all the modern churches, and therefore made Saint Joseph my go to place for my spirituality. The reason why I love Saint Joseph so much is it says close to all traditional Roman catholic, preaching, and what I grew up around.

A very good & safe place to celebrate the Holy Eucharist (Mass). Very spacious and can easily accommodate a large group of people whether it be on a weekday or weekend.

HOPE CITY CHURCH REVIEWS

Honest if Jesus is calling you join! It's a concert for Him. Phil the Lead Pastor loves The Lord and uses many parts of the Bible to reienforce the message, passion is real. I've been going for about 5 months now, God keeps calling me back. Can't say much about the Project but I've heard it's a younger crowd. There is a text group for adults but 100 people are added and 13 show up so there is a bit of a disconnect. Overall this is my home church.

This church has such an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is ready to help or guide you. The lights are dimmed during the service so you can focus on the service. Music is great too! 10/10 would definitely recommend !!

Been attending for 2 years now. Never missed a service. It's beautiful and it goes straight to the Bible for all teachings. They are incredibly kind and kid friendly. My son is special needs and loves going too!

I visit this church most of the Sundays! Gives positive energy! There is enough space for lots of people! Can view the priests from most of the directions. Sound is very clear! The choir system arranged is so nice! I admire the statues and adore the holy Eucharist! This place is divine to visit! Church also got enough parking lots.

As a Roman Catholic, this is a wonderful church to attend to and go and have my time of tranquility. Peace of mind and to attend to the activities within the community the facility is very traditional, and respects to Roman Catholic churches and their preaching Whenever I leave, my heart is filled with joy, and the burden of life is lifted for the time that I am there.

Large parish. 4 masses on Sunday. Talented choir. Father Michael is fantastic and very engaging and as priests go, down to earth.
