“St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica was constructed, and the first catholic service was held in 1827. After years of serving the community with baptism and marriage, by 1857, the first Catholic school, St. Peter's, was established. Bishop Walsh announced the plan to build a new Cathedral, and by 1881, the cornerstone was laid, and construction was started. By 2001, the church had been marked 75 years, and it was decorated for the 75th anniversary of the Cathedral. They are a Eucharistic faith community inspired by the Gospel, committed to engaging each person in the joy of living in the service of Christ. St. Peter's highlight features are the Cassavant organ, which still serves visitors with mesmerizing music, stained glass windows installed in 1958, and additional interior painting and decoration completed.”

“St. Paul's Cathedral's mission is to be the Family of Christ, a loving family embracing all people, eager to help them in their needs by sharing themselves and their resources. They seek through meaningful worship and Christian growth to express their joy and faith. By 1901, the clocks were installed along with the chime of bells. The Nave held galleries, with the organ and choir occupying the west gallery. By 1892, the galleries were removed to render all the pillars unnecessary. Bronze lanterns hanging in the Nave were given as memorials. Three windows were dedicated to St. Paul to commemorate the 150th Anniversary 1996. They serve the Cathedral community and those who suffer from poverty, violence, and injustice. The Cathedral community serves those who suffer from poverty, violence, and injustice.

2025 Update: St. Paul's Cathedral is the seat of the Diocese of Huron of the Anglican Church of Canada.”

St. Peter’s cathedral basilica is must visit if you are around London , ON . I had a great time visiting the cathedral . The amazing architecture , the astonishing Color’s of the cathedral and the beauty of its place will not disappoint you . They close before 15 mins of what has been mentioned in the Google maps . So be before time if you are driving or heading to the church . This should be marked as top 10 place if you are visiting London. It looked beautiful during end of summer.

I attended the Mass of Chrism last night and it was the most amazing and beautiful liturgy I have been experienced. The Cathedral itself is extremely gorgeous and a perpetual worship to God. Glory to Jesus Christ.

So welcoming and so peaceful. First time visiting a church here. The infrastructure: I'm no one to comment. The place has a calming and peaceful impact.

ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL REVIEWS

I went to their open house and was really taken aback by all the rich history of the building. It's a lovely place to visit, and though I'm not religious, I would definitely recommend checking it out, whether or not you have faith. The church staff were lovely and I even bought myself some really tasty homemade jam from one of the church members. I hope they hold more open houses in the future.

So beautifully maintained and the interior is illuminated by huge Stained Glass windows. The clergy are welcoming and inspiring. For funeral services, they offer a banquet hall that offers to cater a lovely selection of sandwiches, fruit, desserts and drinks for a reception after the service.

Excellent on Thursday lunch at a 1130am and food bank from 9Am to 1145Am Monday to Friday with Amazing people who volunteer there so polite they are delicious foods come from there kitchen on Thursday's 1130am.

REDEMPTION BIBLE CHAPEL REVIEWS

A Gospel Church with fundamental belief in the Bible. It also executes actions according to Jesus' teaching. Redemption Church offers simultaneous Cantonese interpretation at 11:15 am Service. The Friday night Cantonese meeting (now on line) enhances and enriches discipleship training. I highly recommend Cantonese Christians attending Redemption.

I haven’t been able to attend this church or go out in years due to Covid. And then we moved for work. We came back to visit family and visited the church. The preaching is amazing, greeters were so kind and welcoming, worship was fantastic! Really wish we were staying in town longer so we could come back more.

A good place of worship. I wish the church members were more interactive with each other. I've been going there for almost 6months and still haven't met anyone, but the message is good.
