I love the Tan Factory. I started tanning many moons ago when there was a location in Woodstock. When I moved to London I was able to use the multiple locations within the city and always had a great experience. Now the South London location is the same great service I have always experienced. The staff is always friendly and the location is always spotless! When I have had questions about services or products everyone has always been eager to help and knowledgeable. I wish there was still a location in the North end but luckily this location is close to my work! Oh and the prices are reasonable, the package deals and memberships are great!

Efficient and friendly service. The lady’s make you feel welcome and comfortable even when they’re super busy. They’re also extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions you may have.

We have been to this location a few times over the last couple of weeks. Each time, very friendly staff. Location is clean, more than enough beds available each visit, easy access, ample parking.

Esther did my spray tan for my bridal shower (my first spray tan ever) and my wedding and I cannot recommend TannEst enough. She made the whole process so comfortable. I was so worried going in because I'm naturally super pale but it looked SO natural.

Esther is amazing! This was my first ever spray tan for my wedding and I did a trial and then the wedding day tan. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Esther is professional and does an amazing job. I trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing glow!!
