Esther did my spray tan for my bridal shower (my first spray tan ever) and my wedding and I cannot recommend TannEst enough. She made the whole process so comfortable. I was so worried going in because I'm naturally super pale but it looked SO natural.

Esther is amazing! This was my first ever spray tan for my wedding and I did a trial and then the wedding day tan. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Esther is professional and does an amazing job. I trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing glow!!.

I love the Tan Factory. I started tanning many moons ago when there was a location in Woodstock. When I moved to London I was able to use the multiple locations within the city and always had a great experience. Now the South London location is the same great service I have always experienced. The staff is always friendly and the location is always spotless! When I have had questions about services or products everyone has always been eager to help and knowledgeable. I wish there was still a location in the North end but luckily this location is close to my work! Oh and the prices are reasonable, the package deals and memberships are great!.

Efficient and friendly service. The lady’s make you feel welcome and comfortable even when they’re super busy. They’re also extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions you may have.

We have been to this location a few times over the last couple of weeks. Each time, very friendly staff. Location is clean, more than enough beds available each visit, easy access, ample parking.

The best experience I have ever had at a tanning salon. I was always a “number” and this pasty girl never knew the right way to effectively use a tanning bed. From day one Lesley has been amazing and explained the process of each type of bed, acceleration lotions etc. The entire staff is fabulous, personable and customer focused, always greeting you with a smile while keeping the clients moving, especially during busy periods. The salon itself is immaculate and spotless. Lesley is a gem, her positivity is contagious and it feels like you’re stopping in to visit a friend. 10/10.

Lesley and her team are BEYOND phenomenal! I was hunting around for a tanning salon in my area before going on a trip to achieve a base tan. I found her salon and I can 100% say I will travel from whatever end of the city to see this team. The salon is incredibly clean (the first thing that I noticed) and the friendliness of the entire staff is like none other. Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and treats everyone with utmost respect. The water and snacks were such a cute surprise! Customer service is clearly a priority at their salon while also educating clients. I have another trip booked for October and you bet I’ll be heading here for that base tan (and any future trips).

Such an amazing first experience and what a wonderful salon! Lesley, Rye and Maya were a joy to chat with and created such a welcoming environment. As soon as you step in you notice how incredibly clean it is, the snacks and water are a wonderful surprise in the rooms and they get you in really quickly and efficiently.
