My kids LOVE the hotel. There is a well maintained pool and koi pond that the kids are crazy about. There is an arcade that they really love as well. They love getting prizes from the claw machines (they actually get prizes) They arcade machines don't always work and sometimes keep a token though. The rooms have been very clean both times we have stayed. Close to hospital which was convenient for my kids procedure. Would recommend.

What an amazing hotel with a fantastic indoor pool. The only thing missing was coffee in the lobby and free breakfast that you usually find at a Best Western. Having a pretty courtyard area where you can walk around or sit with a fussy baby at 6am was amazing. Really loved our choice of room with a walkout to the pool area. It would be nice to be able see you lock patio doors with a room key while you swim.

I had a great time here at Best Western. Especially, Cris Morales at the front desk provided outstanding service. Cris was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Highly recommend!

DELTA HOTELS LONDON ARMOURIES REVIEWS

I've stayed here a couple times for work - it's a great location and close to a lot of wonderful restaurants (highly recommend the Green Window!). Parking was not included in my stay, but it was pretty convenient there is a large lot just next door. The interior is quite unique and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had made a mistake with my booking by accidentally adding on an extra night and they were very helpful with fixing the issue on the spot. I have family around the area and would happily stay here again and again.

What a terrific hotel. It is quite unique and filled with character and history. Our room upgrade was special and the kids enjoyed the pool and exploring all aspects of this hotel. Staff, cleanliness and amenities all exceeded our expectations. We will be back again soon! Thank you Delta team :)

Stayed at the Delta Marriott Armouries with my Mom, and we had an amazing stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Special shout out to Susan in the club lounge. She was very attentive and engaging with us. 5 star service. We will definitely stay there again!!

Great facility , excellent staff , longer bar hours would be great , Hotel is clean and well maintained . The reason for 4 stars for the room is not that there was any problems , room was clean unfortunately very dated really needs to be refreshed.

Downtown location with easy access. This is a very big, nice hotel with a good restaurant and good meeting rooms. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. One of the best Hilton properties Ive been to.

Amazing place for weddings and events. Extraordinary customer service provided by Michelle. I have never seen someone like her. The event staff is also incredibly wonderful. I would recommend this place for all people who has any event especially weddings and engagement parties.
