CARLING HEIGHTS OPTIMIST COMMUNITY CENTRE REVIEWS
I have been very excited this year to get back into swimming. I enjoy working on my laps early in the morning 3 days a week. Mondays and Wednesdays, I have added water walking and Aquafit. The water walking is fantastic, and has truly helped my posture on land. The pool and change rooms are very clean, the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the many programs available at this community centre. I highly suggest you come check it out.
Carling is always great. They have activities for all ages, from infant to seniors. Lifeguards are young but friendly, and helpful. Parent and tots swims are usually not busy, and water is always warm. Music is family-friendly (Disney soundtrack!), and they have the usual pool toys, and the stairs are always lowered for easy entry. You really can't go wrong here, worth the visit.
Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Attended Yoga. Great class, instructor and people. Great free parking. Highly recommend.

NORTH LONDON OPTIMIST COMMUNITY CENTRE REVIEWS
A pretty large facility in the mid-east of London, despite it's name, it acts as both a sports facility and community center. There are a number of rooms that serve for courses like Lego Robotics classes for kids although the main draw is still the sports facilities. The program seems to be updated to using Vex kits and they also have Minecraft. They house outdoor and indoor tennis courts, as well as volleyball and squash. That's a lot in one center. Notably, there are rest areas, perhaps for family waiting, and even vending machines to quench your thirst after strenuous activity. Parking is ample and they have set aside reserved spots for the handicapped.
Went for roller skating with some friends and it was a really fun experience! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the rental skates were in better condition than I’ve seen at other similar joints. They had fun music playing and a decent traffic flow system. The bathrooms/change rooms were also very clean. Had a great time all around.
Great staff, very helpful. Premises are always clean, and they always set the nets for you. The best part, they have high ceilings (good for volleyball).

STRONACH COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS
Very nice facility. There's lots to do here besides the obvious ice rink and swimming pool. There are lessons of all sorts here. There's also activities in the community rooms so if you have kids at different ages, there's activities younger kids can do while the older play hockey, etc
It is good place for different activities for both children and adults. I enjoyed more here. Ice hockey is one of the most interesting event here.
Great place for skating lessons, the instructors do a great job. I've seen improvement in my kids skating after one lesson. Amazing. Glad we signed our kid up for this, he loves it.
