I used Kahane Law Office for the sale of our house. They were very easy to deal with. There was no surprise fee. Whatever was discussed and explained of their fees and breakdown was the total cost to close. I dealt with Amanda through the whole process via email. Once we decided to use them we sent them our sale contract and they took care of everything. We had a few issues due to our survey company for the real property report. Which resulted in a 5K hold back. But Amanda did a wonderful explaining the hold and assured me I would get it back and it was the standard amount. She was also very accommodating on the sign off date as I was away on business. We were able to make arrangements for the paperwork to be signed. The whole process was easy regardless of a few issues. I would recommend their office to anyone and would use them again in the future.
