Chantelle Perera has been practicing as a civil litigation lawyer for over 14 years. She obtained her LL.B. degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2007. Chantelle focuses her practices in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She entered Rogers and Company in 2020, following a term as a Member at the Landlord and Tenant Board, where she adjudicated Landlord and Tenant matters under the Residential Tenancies Act. Her litigation goal is to represent the interests of her clients to the best of their abilities and to achieve fair results in civil litigation. Chantelle has also appeared before the Superior Court, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. She is the lead lawyer at the Rogers & Company Professional Corporation law firm.
