I had an issue with my laptop (fan was making a clicking noise). I took it to BestBuy and they said a fix would take 9-12 business days and that they'd need to ship my laptop away. Trek PC assessed my laptop and had a full fix done in 1 hour. My laptop is clean and running great. The customer service is excellent, very friendly, and (most importantly) honest when it comes to what they promise and what they deliver. As someone whose livelihood depends on my computer, I seriously appreciate how Trek PC's estimated times were always correct and punctual when it came to ordering parts, doing repairs, and coordinating drop off and pick up.

I'm a university student and have a Microsoft surface 5 laptop that wasn't charging anymore. I went to the gentleman's shop he looked at the laptop and explained me everything and gave a solution in minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever encountered with someone in lower mainland, staff is extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I'll personally recommend, anyone who faces problem with their laptop or any other devices go to them directly.

They are competent and professional computer technicians. I was there today to fix my laptop. Jason was exceptional, he fixed my laptop within 2 minutes. That's was a wow for me. Thanks guys, you're the best.

Sukh at Guru Computers did a great job restoring my daughters MacBook after getting water all over her keyboard. There was lots of damage. It was dead, and he brought it back to life. Sukh is very talented! The price was reasonably and I highly recommend this place!! 1st class customer service.

Mandeep was very helpful explaining the different cell services trying to give me the best deal for my needs. Services here are great and prices are very reasonable. This is my go to place for repairs too.
