They arrived with a Professional demeanour reviewed the issues and gave a quote which included a time estimate. Very pleasant, fast and efficient. Would easily recommend them.

Very happy with our first service visit, both guys were friendly, on time and professional. They came and did a great job, fixed the problem & let us know of things we need to keep an eye on for issues in the future. Did not push to charge for “extras” that weren’t on the to do list, and once finished left zero mess. Would recommend & call again

What delightful field men you have. We had Mark and Justin for our disconnect of 2 banks of wall ovens, one biiiggg fridge and cooktop. Our Jenn Air appliances were delivered. They then unpacked our new appliances and did the necessary work to fit them into the spaces left by my old appliances. Justin then spent the balance of the day doing the fittings and reconfiguring my cooktop so I could have the Jenn Air cooktop I loved so much. He was patient and willing to make it happen. It is no effort to give this review as both my daughter and I were really impressed with how the work was done, the cleanliness and the pleasant demeanor of the Coal Harbour Technicians that visited our home and brought order back into my life. Thank you fellows.

Wade installed our new appliances. He was very professional and helpful. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who cares about their job and went above and beyond with his customer service. We will definitely use Coal Harbour again and hope to have Wade as the technician.
