George is amazing, I am total novice in how computers work, I use them & need them to work!! He patiently took the time to listen & understand what I was experiencing and what my needs were, then walked me through what he thought what the problem was. He did not try to sell me ANYTHING just said, "let's take a look at the hard drive" from there he said he could fix and update, and made it run like new. Gave me a detailed estimate and told me about 3 to days to complete the work. In 24 hrs I had my computer back and all files reinstalled and running like new. This gentleman really cares about his business & his reputation as is prepared to go the extra mile for his client.
