ENTREPÔT PUBLIC DOLLARD DES ORMEAUX REVIEWS

Very happy with Entrepôt Public facility in Dorval on 2801 mtee St-Rémi. Excellent location, facility well maintained and very helpful and knowledgeable employees. We have already rented 3 different storage units in the past and returned to the same location for a new rental. They have several sizes of storage units, heated and unheated, good locks on the doors and an excellent system for tenants to enter and exit the location.

Despina has offered me 5 star service. She takes the time to listen and give the right solution for your needs. The space is well kept, lit and clean. Lots of tools available for your move! I highly recommend.

From my first interaction, i felt valued and well taken care of. Not only were all my questions answered, but all this was done with courtesy and professionalism. I have to mention that dealing with Paul is a real pleasure, he is a gem and not only knowledgeable but very friendly and helpful. A move comes with challenges, but this part was made very easy for us, thank you Depotium Baie d Urfe, thank you Paul.

First time having a storage unit and Paul was very nice and friendly to get us started. The building is very clean and organized! I was very surprised that the 5x5 was much bigger than we thought. It was very easy to enter through the gate and unload . No hiccups at all, smooth sailing :).

Paul at the Baie-D'urfé location has been fantastic to deal with - making our experience extremely positive.

Rented a storage unit on Ferrier for a few years and was very pleased with the service and their honesty so much that when I needed one again I did not hesitate to go to their Lasalle location! After speaking with Steve on the phone, I was guided to the best options for my present needs and met an employee called Happy, of all names! Well he made me very happy with his service as well so I highly recommend Montreal Mini Storage.

Dolores provided me an excellent customer service. She was very patient in listening to the issue I had in updating some information in my account and she answered all my questions. She was so helpful in this process and she resolved the issues in a timely manner.

Clean, well-equipped facility and the agent I dealt with (Lence—sorry, not sure of the spelling!) was very professional.
