Best Computer Repair in Medicine Hat

Knowledgeable staff guided me through my options and the process to fix my equipment. I left the store without any questions left. I got my equipment back working the way it is supposed to again.

They were very knowledgeable. We did not end up getting the product we were looking for as it wasn't in stock. However, they still had great customer service and I will definitely contact them in the future if in need of help/products.

I had troubles with my laptop and was recommended by several people to have Dan the owner look at it. I'm sure glad I did he was absolutely fantastic, showed me everything, saved all my precious pictures & videos and he did a wonderful job. Very professional, business building very neat and tidy with excellent Devore. I highly recommend and I will be back for all my computer needs. Thanks for being such a great guy to this single mom that doesn't have a lot of money! 10/10

Dan came in to help my friend. He met us at the office on his day off, Sunday at 11 am. He not only fixed her problem, but got her laptop running much better. It was excellent service, above and beyond. I’d highly recommend Dan for any and all your computer issues. Great service and very professional!

Brad was awesome! He was fast knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I think he is a computer genius. If you need a tech, gigasoft is the ONLY way to go. Way to go Brad! I am enjoying my computer now!

Contacted Gigasoft regarding a software issue and was pleased with the prompt response and courteous communication. Gigasoft was able to identify the problem, quickly completed the repairs at a reasonable cost and in a short amount of time.

Brad is very attentive and helpful with all my computer tech needs! Highly recommend!
