Bruce’s provided excellent service to replace our hot water tank that had broken down. I called right away in the morning and Colin arrived quickly after. He was able to diagnose the issue and worked with us to get it replaced under warranty. His prompt and detailed attention was so appreciated. He also was friendly and worked to be sure that everything was working well before leaving.

RNR Mechanical has stepped up to the plate more times than we can count. Most recently, we had just returned from a three month trip and were in the process of getting the old homestead sorted out again. We encountered what to us was a plumbing catastrophe. This was late on a Friday. We called Ryan at RNR who sent Trevor over after Trevor had already finished his long Friday. Within two hours we were all sorted out. Again we got ourselves into a plumbing pickle last Friday afternoon, June 7. I again called Ryan late in the day and explained that we had a non-emergent but perplexing problem. Ryan asked if we would be OK for the weekend and upon hearing that we would be, he promised to get on it Monday morning. Ryan called on Sunday to tell us we'd be sorted out in the morning at 0830. Sure enough, at 0830 exactly the doorbell rang and two very pleasant and skilled young men came in (Kieran and Austin) and had us sorted out in very short order. The fee was nominal and the place was left immaculate. We can't say enough about the service RNR provides.

Called them because the ac wasn’t kicking on. Told me over the phone what was wrong and that it was something I could fix if I wanted to save some money. Most honest contractor in the city. Don’t see that too often. Have used him a few times and will continue.
