SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM REVIEWS
Saamis has been my family's go to for years. We were always treated with respect and made to feel at ease during some of the hardest moments after losing a loved one. The directors are professional, compassionate and all in all genuine.
Since the last funeral I attended here was about 20 years ago, I can't comment on how things go currently in this area but if it is the same quality of service that their office staff gives, they will be a good choice at a difficult time. I had called on the off chance that they might have a copy of a death certificate from that 20 year old funeral (for a title change) and Jennifer found it for me and sent it within the day. If only the government could do it that easily.
Thank you for taking care of all the arrangements, so that our family could just peacefully mourn together. Thank you for honoring all our wishes throughout this process. The service was beautiful, and every little detail - from arrival at Creekside to farewell at the graveside - made it special and memorable for us.

COOK SOUTHLAND FUNERAL CHAPEL REVIEWS
When we were starting to plan my mother's Celebration of Life, we interviewed all the funeral homes in Medicine Hat to see who we felt could help us honour Mom in the best possible way and provide an experience of joyful remembrance to everyone who attended the service. From our first meeting, David Stroh at Cook's stood out and it was an easy decision to put our trust in the team at Cook Southland. Between David's attention to detail, Gerry Getz's amazing job as the Celebrant, along with the assistance of Tyson, the entire team worked with us to make sure everything was in place and handled professionally and correct, the first time. Everyone in attendance on the day, commented that they had never had such a good experience. I would whole heartedly recommend David, Gerry, Tyson and the team at Cook Southland Funeral Home. Thank you all for making a difficult day, one to remember with fondness.
Rod and staff were very helpful and informative. Rod walk us through the entire process and explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. It was a pleasure doing business with Rod as he was extremely professional and personable for both celebrations of life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Rod and staff at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel. Take care.
