DESIGN AIR LTD. REVIEWS

Woke up to no hot air at 8:00 am, with forecasted low of -50 tonight. Called design air at 8:30. I was lucky they had my inducer in stock and were able to have repairs finished and invoice paid by 10:00 am. The gentleman that came was friendly, was fast, knew what the problem was immediately, and knew the stock on hand. I don't know whether he knew the stock of the top of his head, or they have an online inventory system he was able to check without calling anyone, either way it's amazing service. They are raising the bar for customer experience. I'm amazed. Great work to the design air team!

We have used Design Air numerous times. In our last house when the system needed replacing and in our current house as we upgraded air conditioners and when both of our furnaces died in one winter! They were able to come out quickly and get new units installed, were professional and cleaned up after themselves and where needed laid protective covering over our flooring. Their front desk staff, is so nice and friendly and made it easy for us to select install dates and for payment options after.

Had an error light with our furnace and phoned for help: great receptionist and received fast service. Excellent experience, the technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and even went so far to help us understand the components of our furnace as it is our first home. These guys know their stuff and are there to help you. We were told by another company that we needed a new furnace as well as AC. We knew the AC needed replacing but A+E went and checked and the furnace was fine. We just needed it cleaned. We were booked in the following week after deciding which AC unit to go with. They arrived on time and did a great job. Also the gal that handles the bookings/ ordering was always prompt returning calls within 5 minutes or less from when I called and very pleasant to deal with.

Professional friendly staff. Their technicians are efficient and punctual. They do exceptional work in a timely manner leaving the area cleaner than when they started. Highly recommend this local business and their professional and caring staff.

Jess was responsive and gave my service call high priority. My technician Justin was punctual, personable and his high level of competence was obvious.

A company that goes above and beyond the call of service! Woke up to a leaking tankless water heater spilling water all over the basement floor. Meaning we had to turn off the water to our house and would be without running water. We called a number of other HVAC/Plumbing companies, (including MHR), most of which could not get anyone out the same day. The exception being, though MHR had no available technicians, they understood our dire situation and did everything they could to get someone out as quickly as possible. They are extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile for clients. A special Thank You to Caroline and Sheldon for doing everything they did for us and making sure our family had running water again. Highly recommend and we will be calling them for any future HVAC/Plumbing needs!

Great customer service! From the person that answered the phone in the office, to Chris, the tech that serviced our furnace, the customer service was excellent. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business.
