My boys and I have been going to the Tortorella Dentistry in N/falls for a number of years now, and the experience is always top notch. The front desk receptionists are always very welcoming, ensuring that your schedules are accommodated with efficient follow-up reminders. I appreciate the relationship we have built with our dental hygienist, Mary, who takes such good care of all her patients. There is always an abundance of compassion, empathy and humour to alleviate stress. Whenever friends ask around for a ‘new dentist’, I highly recommend dr. De Tortorella and his team are wonderful. We have been patients for many years and we are very grateful. Dr Tortorella is caring, very professional and takes time to listen to our concerns. His team, especially Janet and Lisa, are welcoming and make a difference at this office ( the dentiste’s assistant and the hygienists are great too) I don’t like going to Niagara Falls but I don’t want to change our family dentist because he is great!
