I had a morning appointment and yes I had to wait. During my appt, Dr Raman showed patience & he took the time with me, explaining options and a year later, I am free of psoriasis. I see patients complaining about waiting. I'm not waiting because he is having lunch or ?? I'm waiting because he takes the extra time with patients who need additional support. Excellent beyond excellent. Keep up the good work Dr Raman.

I love going to this clinic Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome Been a patient for years and they all remember my first name and greet me individually. Dr Raman is the main reason I go. He is professional and very friendly If you have to wait, and in which doctors’ offices have you ever not waited, it’s all worth it

People are nice there. Dr Raman was patient and helpful. The nurses explained everything I need to know clearly. However, as the other comments indicated, the clinic is very busy and you might need more time to wait

I have had HS for years and been on many different medications and have seen many different doctors, however Dr C has completely changed my life. He came up with a great treatment plan. He is always available for HS clients for last minute appointments whenever needed. His nurses are also amazing and always a joy. His knowledge and dedication to HS is the reason mine has improved significantly since meeting him. I couldn’t recommend him more!

I just want to say thank you Dr. Cecchini for all your help. when I visited your clinic over two years ago, I was so worried that I am going Bald and losing my hairs but thanks to you, my hair loss stopped and new hair started to grow. I just want to leave this review for those who have the same problem and tell them that you are in good hands.

Superb Doctor. He removed a mole from my face and had stitches to close the cut. I have no scar. Thank you so much Doc for your kindness and expertise. The people in the clinic are extremely friendly, helpful and kind as well. Thanks to the entire team!

After the passing of my pervious wonderful dermatologist, my family physician referred me to the Dr. M. Cecchini at North York Clinic. Upon my visit I found the staff at reception and the nurser very friendly. It was amazing that the doctor himself was an absolute kind and great personality to talk to. Dr. Cecchini is very knowledgeable with the condition of HS. I wish others would follow his lead and educate themselves for treating HS. It took me over 20 years to be diagnosed. I've been seeing Dr. Cecchini for about a year and half. Within a couple of months he had my HS flare ups gone. He educated me on my condition to how to prevent it. We did two surgeries (one still healing and one a couple of days age), so far I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him and this dermatology office - KN Reply

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The front staff were accommodating in booking my appointment for the same day due to a cancellation. Dr. Baibergenova genuinely cares about her patients. Having seen her multiple times, I can confidently say she is a competent and incredibly knowledgeable dermatologist. The nurses also assisted in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan which made me feel well informed. I most definitely will be back to this clinic if i have any dermatology or cosmetic concerns.

Had an appointment today with dr Baibergenova. After reading some reviews I was a little apprehensive. Although, to my surprise Dr B was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my appointment and will definitely return to this office.

Dr Baibergenova was wonderful as she was very informative and patient. She provided her honest advice and did not push unnecessary procedures or packages.
