I am incredibly grateful to be under the care of Dr. Mak. Despite the considerable wait time, which I understand can be frustrating, I firmly believe it is entirely worth it. His exceptional skills and genuine care for patients make him highly sought after and incredibly busy. He is not only personable but also immensely knowledgeable, willingly discussing all treatment possibilities as he puts it from "let's observe closely" to physiotherapy exercises, herbal remedies, prescription drugs and even surgery. Despite his demanding schedule, I have never felt rushed during my appointments, whether in person or when he calls me on the phone. Although I did require several follow-up calls with his admin, I understand that the staff may be overwhelmed due to the high demand for Dr. Mak's expertise. In fact, one of his patients I happened to sit beside in the waiting room told me how one time Dr. Mak made time to see her, even during late hours, when she was experiencing severe kidney stone pain. She was really touched by his commitment to his patients and said she would never receive treatment by anyone else for her kidney stones unless it is a life and death emergency and Dr. Mak is not available. Overall, I am profoundly grateful for the care and attention I have received and continue to receive for my chronic urinologic condition from Dr. Mak as he has definitely improved the quality of my life and existence. His exceptional skills, compassionate approach, and willingness to go above and beyond have solidified my trust in him as a remarkable and dedicated healthcare profession

I was impressed by the medical urology help I got from dr mak for my bladder infection. He did not rush my care and was thorough. Good polite doctor. I felt he real cares.

Dr. Mak is wonderful. I had the resume procedure by him. Highly recommend it for anyone with a prostate that is enlarged.

Dr. Payne It’s absolutely amazing and you feel how Professional and wonderful the entire clinic is When you walk in. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Payne and he explained everything in the most understandable way possible. Follow up appointments were booked, and I was in and out of there without any time wasted. I wish I could have given them 100 stars, but Google only allows me to give five stars to Dr. Payne and his amazing Clinic staff.

Dr. Payne did the newborn circumcision when my son is about two weeks old. Glad we went with him instead of doing it at the hospitals. He is very experienced and super kind ! Baby was not in pain and had an amazing recovery. We definitely recommend Dr. Payne and have already referred him to our friends.

Dr.Payne did an amazing job. My son’s recovery went smoothly. He is knowledgeable and ensures you are well informed before everything starts. He goes through all the things you need to do for a smooth recovery. Amanda was also very helpful. She’s been great at answering emails and following up. Thank you!

He called to see how I was doing and again called as soon as he got test results. He treats you on a personal level and not only called me by my first name, but also my wife. Highly recommended urologist.
