“Dr. Rana Zargar earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in 2002 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 2006. She trained at medical centers in West Virginia, Indiana, and the Vision Institute of Canada. Dr. Zargar has also pursued additional coursework to expand her expertise in myopia control, dry eye disease, and pediatric optometry. She is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Optometrists. Dr. Zargar has volunteered as an Assessor for Canadian Examiners in Optometry. Dr. Zargar provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, specializing in myopia management, dry eye therapy, specialty contact lenses, and co-management of laser eye surgery. She is fluent in Farsi, French, and English and currently practices at Dr. Zargar Eyecare. The clinic offers ocular health assessments for patients as young as six months old.”
