I highly recommend Dr. Tai, the amazing ENT doctor. He is knowledgeable, patient and polite. The most important, his patience is not like listening carefully and console you without actual help. He really listens patients’ symptoms and relevant stories and analysis and locates and solves the issues fast with his knowledge, experiences, and advanced tools. He almost saved my life. It is not exaggerated. My life was messed up after ear injury after swimming. I lost my hearing and my ear was filled with ear drops day after day. I felt dizzy and unbalanced. My head was like blocked and I could not even think. When I work, I acted like a robot with habit not thinking. When I talked, I heard echo in water in my head. I am too uncomfortable to read book for and talk to my daughter. My reaction in driving was reduced. I went to urgent clinic, Emergency. They gave me different ear drops but not help. I got the referral by family doctor to an ENT doctor, but the appointment is half year later. I lost my hope and frustrated about the remaining life like this. Finally and luckily, I found Dr. Tai. My ear issue was gone in our first appointment. He has so advanced tools which can help him to observe the inside of ear clearly. His operation was stable with lots of patience, most possibly due to his patient personality and right middle age and of course experiences. It is a magic. My whole life came back. I am happy for my choice and so luck to meet him in such short waiting period since he just went to Toronto from America.

Putting a child through surgery is a scary process. My son was premature and operated on by many doctors from Ottawa to Toronto. He had every outcome against him. As a mom who had been through a lot with my son, I had every worry. Meeting Dr Propst changed my perspective and gave me hope. He is optimistic but has a grounded attitude. He did the impossible for my son over the course of 4 years. That’s a lot of surgery! I wish every doctor had his skill set. Dr.Propst is angel sent from above. He performed a upper airway reconstruction surgery on my baby at 22 months old. I had no hope until I found him. We traveled from all the way from NL. Best decision I have ever made. He is very wise, very kind, and takes time to explain and answer your questions. First time i have ever felt confident in a doctor. He really cares about his patients and he is very quick to respond when needed. I honestly have never met a doctor like him. He fixed my babies airway. He is by far the best airway doctor. I can never thank Dr.Propst enough for everything he has done.
