Mike came in and we were immediate friends. He explained what he was going to do, he quickly found the problem quickly took care of it and left. There was a little glitch and Mike came right back and corrected the problem. It was the fault of an ill-fitting door on the place where all those switches are. It's great to know there is someone nearby I can trust with the electronics., because I know nothing about electronics except that they can kill you if you don't know what you are doing.

Brad came to our home on short notice in a Saturday morning and was super professional, easy to talk to and honest.
