We contacted Pro West and they were very responsive. As it is winter, we were in a bit of a panic when our senior parents furnace gave out. Pro West sent someone right away to assess the situation. The very old furnace needed to be replaced. They gave an estimate and as they had an energy efficient furnace in stock, they scheduled the replacement the next day. They were very professional, the estimate was accurate. The install was great, staff were pleasant and they cleaned up completely afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Two years ago almost to the day, during the Sumas flood, our old heat pump quit. I called many service places and was told nobody could come for at least a week for a service call. I left a message at Pro West and Sean Beyad returned my call. He showed up Monday and said the fan unit was in need of replacement; he had one in stock and we were up and running the next day. That is why we never hesitated to call Sean again when it finally gave up the ghost. He recommended a Trane unit and it was here the next day, and functioning by dinner time. Sean is the best. Had another company come out when ac stopped working and was told its broke you need a heat pump and new furnace. Omid came out and found the issue was super nice and professional. Saving me thousands was pretty nice too. First rate.

EATON's technicians were able to help me on the same day as the request for service. I had called for an estimate in the morning, the techs came at noon to take a look, and were able to get my leaking hot water tank all replaced by the afternoon. This all happened on a Friday, which really saved me from having to schedule an emergency job over the weekend or having cold showers until the next work day. Super impressed by their work quality, and everything was done quickly and cleanly. Would recommend.

The two guys that did our fireplaces are very professional and polite. They did a great job testing snd cleaning our 2 fireplaces. They have done it for us for 3 years now. Highly recommend!
