Looking forward to our 3rd year of Chad providing weekly service for our pool. The price is more than worth it to not have to worry about the hassle. There's no better feeling knowing that the pool is crystal clear by the time the weekend rolls around. We were very happy to recommend him to our neighbours after only half a season.

My hot tub water started to get cloudy with lots of bubbles. Chad answered right away and in one visit he had it crystal clear again. Great service and value for the money.

I had this service open my pool since the weather seems to be looking up, and I just have to say this was the best experience I could have had!! They were super punctual, and very professional. Not to mention the employee was super friendly.

POOLS PLUS VANCOUVER REVIEWS

Myles replaced our heating system with solar in spring and did a great job. Despite supply chain issues post-Covid, he got the project started early so that we were ready for the warm weather. Sadly, our pump overheated and that needed to be fixed 6 weeks later (unrelated issue) and he came out within a week to fix it, saving us having to replace the pump. He’s now our “pool guy”! Recommend!

Highly recommend Pools Plus! After being told that a new heater was required Myles had the heater up and running in under 10 minutes. Expertise at its finest! Excellent, honest service and super nice guy. THANK YOU!

The customer service I received is prompt and very reliable. I would recommend this company. I required a pool inspected and regular maintenance now has my pool running better than ever.
