The staff at Cardinal returned my “no water” call within 30 minutes. A service person arrived the next morning to assess the problem. He was thorough in his investigation and provided a number of options and the associated costs. Once our decision was made, the crew arrived the next day and worked diligently until the work was completed. The supervisor then returned the following day to ensure that pressure was being maintained and everything was working as planned. The crew was polite, efficient and clean. When I researched who to get to replace my galvanized water line, Cardinal had great reviews and the ones that were not, the owner addressed the issue well. From the start when the technician who came to quote thw job he was knowledgeable and listened to my questions. There was no pressure and they followed up to make sure I had all the info I needed. I had a quote from another business and Cardinal matched the price which was fantastic! I wanted a trenchless water line replacement but when they started to work with the old pipe it wasn't.
