Driftwood designed and built our entire HVAC system at our new build which included propane furnace, fireplaces, hot water on demand, stove and all gas piping and venting. They also installed A/C and fresh air exchange system. It was a big job and we are happy we had Justin and his team on our side. The work was delivered professionally, on time, and within budget. We are very comfortable in all seasons! Driftwood obviously takes pride in the work they do - and stand by it. We protect our investment with Driftwood’s annual service program and have had very few issues as a result. Most importantly, we know that if we ever had a problem, Driftwood would respond promptly to fix it!

From quote to install, Justin and his team showed exemplary customer service. Both the owner and his team lead willingly shared knowledge about our options without applying any pressure to buy. Justin went above and beyond whether it was answering emails in a timely manner, coming in person to meet me, having a quote that was transparent in what was needed and each associated cost; to his teams overall joyful demeanour during install. Quality work completed in exceptional time. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Driftwood.

Left the house spotless when they left. Kaitlyn in the office did a great job setting up the purchase and installation. Professionals from top to bottom. We always know that when we call British Empire Fuels we will receive immediate, top of the line service from workers who are polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. We have been customers of BEF for many many years and appreciate their service and allows us to support a local business. We also purchase our propane from them and their prices are always great. The people in the office are very thorough and get the requests completed quickly.

The Tylers came to install a new hot water heater for us. Turn around time for the appointment was very fast, the guys showed up right on time and they worked quickly. Great job, great service, would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Great experience with everyone I encountered at British Empire for the installation of central air in our home. They were knowledgeable, friendly, on time, tidy and just all around easy to work with. Thank you all for your help!

Mike did an excellent job on my two GEO units today. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I am the kind of person who has a lot of questions and wants to understand everything, and Mike is the kind of person who provides the info I need. He is punctual, up-to-date on the technology, tidy, polite, responsible and professional. I highly recommend Mike and Link Climate Care.

Rob is a very knowledgeable guy and very much a master of his trade. Easy to work with. Link has been very responsive an all of their technicians that I have dealt with are knowledgeable and very professional. We have a fairly complex lake sourced geothermal heating and cooling system system and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else.
