Seems to be a family business, answer the phone promptly and they are open and friendly. The exchanged my two ballasts on a ceiling light. A journeyman and an apprentice performed the job flawlessly. I followd the recommendation of our building mgmt. to seperate them from the swamp of shady operators; they do not charge a monthly subscribtion fee.
