Paul and his apprentice Rachel,were amazing. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and informative. I was not expecting to get a same day appointment which was shockingly wonderful. Very flexible and willing to help to find the issue as quickly as possible. I do plan on using Okana again in the future and will highly recommend them to family and friends in the area.
