DR. JERRY HALIK - MARKHAM STOUFFVILLE HOSPITAL REVIEWS

After seeing three other ENT’s, I finally found the Halik was the only one who really understood what I was going through and helped me through each step of my adjustment to Ménière’s syndrome. He explained what was likely to happen, and what the options were for management of the pain and vertigo. Eventually the dizziness subsided, and I was left deaf in my left ear as he had predicted. I don’t know what I would’ve done without his help and encouragement. I highly recommend Dr. Halick to anyone with Ménière’s syndrome.

Dr. Halik is amazing! I had complete hearing loss in one ear and had been wearing a hearing aid for a year. After many specialists appointments I thought the hearing loss was permanent. Then I met Dr. Halik, he had full confidence he could restore my hearing. That was over 5 years ago and he was right! I hear just fine now. Dr. Halik is a gifted surgeon. I will forever be grateful.

I’ve seen Dr. Halik for almost 20 years every 2-3 months ! He helped me when I was 18 when two doctors at sick kids could not. He’s the best & I trust NO ONE else with my ear.

Great doctor and great office. Both appointments have run smoothly. Dr Werger and his staff were very friendly with my son and explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. For surgery his office was accommodating with the schedule and explained everything very well. At surgery Dr Werger was also kind, professional and answered all our questions. Not sure where the bad reviews come from, nothing but a positive experience. Thanks.

Just had my septoplasty surgery and I can’t say enough fantastic things! I was treated with the best care by him and his team. The surgery went amazing, the nurses were outstanding, and everyone was so friendly. It’s easy to get a hold of reception for any questions. The office runs like clockwork and I never felt rushed. Everyone is so amazing! I have my follow up soon in office and I can’t wait to see the results after surgery! Thank you Dr Werger.

Dr. Werger is a true professional. I had my tonsillectomy with him in 2022. It went great and I feel younger now. His clinic runs like clockwork and so does he. The follow-ups were great and when I needed to see him quickly after the surgery, the clinic booked me in the next day. This is although when I called I went to voicemail. If I am ever to see an ENT in the future, I would request to be referred to Dr. Werger.

Dr. O was truly amazing! From the first time I took my little one to see her until her post op appointment she was attentive, caring and my little one loved her. She was detailed, on time and very thorough. She listened to my concerns and took everything into account. After surgery, she came out to brief us on how the procedure went and what to expect. When my little one had a rough time coming out of anesthetic and was admitted she took the the to visit us on the pediatric floor to check and see how she was doing. There are truly no words other than top notch. Her staff is beyond accommodating as well I would highly recommend Dr O to anyone looking for and ENT :) Thanks you Dr O you helped my little one so much. Keep up the wonderful work. Ps Sophia still talks about the OR conversation before she went under you guys left quite the impression on her and she laughs everytime!

Dr. Oyewumi is simply Amazing!! She is definitely a Professional. My experience in her office was very pleasant. She is knowledgeable, calm and made me feel quite comfortable. She takes the time to explain and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Her Assistant is so awesome, welcoming and extremely helpful . They are fast and super efficient. Thank You BOTH so much for your service. I highly recommend Dr. Oyewumi.

Dr. Oyewumi recently removed my thyroid nodule. The recovery was easy and pain free. During our initial visit she kept me at ease and made be feel comfortable in her abilIty to treat my condition. Her staff, Gayatri, is also amazing! Receptive and available to answer my questions. They are a dream team -- thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
